The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) commends the outstanding achievement of the following examinees who received the TOP SPOTS in the recently concluded September 2023 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers. The list emerged from 23,782 passers out of 50,593 examinees (Elementary Level) and 53,995 passers out of 95,969 examinees (Secondary Level) across the country.
