The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has officially announced that the Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE) originally set for September 27–28, 2025 will be moved to November 22–23, 2025.
This adjustment comes as a precautionary measure due to the expected heavy rainfall from Severe Tropical Storm “Opong”, prioritizing the health and safety of both examinees and examination personnel. The rescheduling is in line with Memorandum Circular No. 102 issued by the Office of the President.
