November 2025 Licensure Examination for Midwives Results Released in Two (2) Working Days

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 2,152 out of 3,736 passed the Licensure Examination for Midwives given by the Board of Midwifery in N. C. R., Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga this November 2025.

The results of examination with respect to two (2) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.

The members of the Board of Midwifery who administered the exam are:
Hon. Melchor C. Dela Cruz, Jr., Chairman;
Hon. Lerma M. Valenzuela, Member;
Hon. Corazon F. Landicho, Member;
Hon. Lourdes S. Mangahas, Member.

Starting December 15, 2025, registration for the issuance of the Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done online. Please visit www.prc.gov.ph and follow the instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • Downloaded and accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • Notice of Admission (for identification only)
  • Two (2) passport-sized pictures (colored, white background, complete name tag)
  • Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
  • One (1) short brown envelope

Successful examinees must personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
