The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has officially designated Hong Kong, Thailand, and Vietnam as additional overseas testing centers for the September 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT). Application Period
Applicants who wish to take the September 2026 LET in any of the designated overseas testing centers may file their applications from:

All applicants are required to complete their application and pay the corresponding examination fees online through the PRC’s Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS). (Professional Regulation Commission)
Documentary Requirements
After successfully completing the online application and payment, applicants must submit clear scanned copies of the following documents on or before August 15, 2026:
- Duly accomplished application form
- Passport-size photograph
- Other documentary requirements prescribed by the PRC
