📢 Important Announcement for New Nurses
The face-to-face mass oathtaking of the new Nurses will be held on October 12 and 13, 2026, at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City.
📅 Face-to-Face Mass Oathtaking Schedule
The Face-to-Face Mass Oathtaking Ceremony for newly successful Nurses will take place on:
- Date: October 12 and 13, 2026
- Venue: SMX Convention Center, Pasay City
📝 Registration for the Oathtaking
All successful examinees who wish to attend the face-to-face mass oathtaking must register online through the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) website.
⏰ Registration Deadline:
Registration must be completed not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking to confirm attendance.
Registration may be completed through the official PRC online portal:
📍 Where Can Inductees Attend?
Inductees may register and confirm their attendance in the region where they took their licensure examination and where they intend to register as professionals.
Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may instead attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking.
Announcements regarding the online oathtaking will be posted once the schedule has been officially confirmed.
👔 Required Attire
All inductees are required to wear the prescribed attire during the face-to-face mass oathtaking:
- Female: WHITE GALA UNIFORM (below the knee) and CAP
- Male: WHITE CLINICAL UNIFORM
📄 Bring Your Oath Form with QR Code
All inductees must print and bring their Oath Form, which contains their generated QR code.
⚠️ Important: The Oath Form will be submitted during the oathtaking and is necessary for the inductee to be officially tagged as "ATTENDED."
🎟️ Important Reminder About Tickets and Seating
Please note that registration on LERIS does not guarantee a reserved slot for the oathtaking until a ticket has been secured.

After completing the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment through the official PRC online portal.
