Attention future nurses! The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has officially released the schedule and program details for the upcoming Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination (PNLE) on November 9-10, 2024. This examination will be conducted in multiple locations nationwide, including NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, and many more.
Examination Coverage:
The PNLE will consist of five critical areas:
- Nursing Practice I - Community Health Nursing
- Nursing Practice II - Care of Healthy/At-Risk Mother and Child
- Nursing Practice III - Physiologic and Psychosocial Alterations (Part A)
- Nursing Practice IV - Physiologic and Psychosocial Alterations (Part B)
- Nursing Practice V - Physiologic and Psychosocial Alterations (Part C)
Each test will evaluate competencies across 11 key areas in alignment with the Competency Standards of Nursing Practice in the Philippines, including safe nursing care, communication, teamwork, health education, and legal and ethical responsibilities.
Important Instructions for Examinees:
- Verify Your Assignment: Check your school/building assignments through the PRC website or PRC office two to three days before the exam.
- Dress Code: Follow the specified attire guidelines. Male and female examinees must wear clinical or school uniforms, and pregnant examinees should wear white clinical scrub suits.
- Bring Essentials: Include your Notice of Admission, Official Receipt, pencils, black ball pens, and specific envelopes. Prohibited items include electronic devices, review materials, and bags.
