Great news for our newly licensed nurses and former Filipino professional nurses! The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced the schedule for the upcoming Online Oathtaking Ceremony.
Mark your calendars! The virtual oathtaking will take place on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. (Philippine Standard Time). This significant event will be spearheaded by PRC-Iloilo and conducted via either Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
Essential Reminders for Inductees
If you are scheduled to take your oath, here are the crucial details you need to know to ensure a smooth ceremony:
- Attire and Background: All inductees must wear formal or business attire. Also, please ensure you use a white backdrop (either a physical white wall or a virtual white background) throughout the entire ceremony.
- Online Appointment and Registration:
- You must secure an online appointment schedule by visiting
https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and selecting "e-OATH" as your transaction. - The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the virtual oathtaking day, so please complete this step as soon as possible.
- Required Form: Inductees are also required to print the "OATH OF PROFESSIONAL" form. This form is downloadable from the PRC official website under the PRC Online Services section.
